We are ‘The HoneyBeaders’, a small group of family & friends of Scott Woodward, from Akron, NY. We have banded together to raise funds for Multiple Myeloma research. In 2005, our dear Scott was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, a rare bone marrow cancer. Since there is no cure, Multiple Myeloma patients typically have treatments aimed at slowing down the disease progression. Since his diagnosis, Scott has participated in three clinical trials and several chemotherapy treatments. So far, these treatments have kept his disease stable.

We are Beading for the Cure! We handcraft all our Cancer Awareness Bracelets with the HOPE that soon, this disease will have a successful treatment leading to a Complete Remission (CR) for EVERY patient with Multiple Myeloma. Each bracelet and those who wear them, are touched by our thoughtsand prayers.
